A gentle, observant six-year-old elf boy who begins to sense the deeper currents of the forest. The central heart of the series.
Thalen & Mira
Elian’s parents — steady, loving, and quietly aware that their youngest son may be becoming a Listener.
Kael & Sylva
Elian’s older brother (10) and sister (8). Protective, curious, and very much part of the family’s unfolding story.
About the Silent Veil
The mythology of the Elk Kingdom centers on the Silent Veil and those rare individuals called Listeners — people who can hear the quieter voices of the world. Book 1 introduces this world through Elian’s eyes and the first subtle signs that something is shifting.
The series is currently in active development. Character designs, story structure, and early illustrations are underway. This page will be updated as the first book nears completion.
